These Terms of Service govern your use of rankupuae.com and any SEO services provided by RankUp UAE. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

RankUp UAE provides search engine optimisation (SEO) services including local SEO, e-commerce SEO, technical SEO, link building, keyword research, and content SEO. All services are described in individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients.

2. Payment Terms

• All services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days notice
• All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise

4. No Guarantee of Rankings

RankUp UAE does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or positions. SEO involves factors beyond our direct control (Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, etc.). We guarantee professional effort, transparent reporting, and ethical (white-hat) practices.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to website, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
• Approve and implement on-page recommendations within agreed timelines
• Provide accurate business information for local SEO setup
• Notify us of any major website changes before implementation

6. Intellectual Property

All SEO strategies, reports, and deliverables created by RankUp UAE for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Our internal tools, templates, and methodologies remain the property of RankUp UAE.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, and pricing.

8. Limitation of Liability

RankUp UAE's liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 30 days. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from SEO activities.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of the UAE.
